Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange your undamaged, unwashed, unused item(s) with the original receipt for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product, excluding the exceptions outlined below.
If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, then we will NOT be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our warehouses and must pay for the return shipping costs, as well as a 10% restocking fee to cover transaction processing costs, packaging costs, and personnel expenses.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us (support@rivahviewhome.com) if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All sale items and promotional items are final sales. They may not be returned or exchanged. Promo codes cannot be combined or applied to any previous or post purchases.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
Step 1: Email Rivah View Home (support@rivahviewhome.com). Please include your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Step 2: We will confirm the receipt of your returns request and begin processing it internally.
Step 3: Once the return is approved, we will send you a return label.
Step 4: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will be the total of your purchase, minus the shipping and restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@rivahviewhome.com.
EXCHANGES
Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you contact us within 1 hour after placing the order, we can cancel the order. Orders cannot be canceled after 1 hour because our team will have automatically packed and dispatched it for you. If you'd like a refund, we must wait for the product to arrive first, and we can begin the return process from there. Unfortunately, we can't intercept a package that has already been dispatched.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery information into your order, once orders are processed our team automatically begins packing the order and we cannot always guarantee that it will be changed on time.
If your order has been shipped, you must follow our return policy to get a refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse a shipment from Rivah View Home, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to Rivah View Home. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the shipment has been received.
SLIGHT DIFFERENCES IN PRODUCTS
Our products are handmade by talented artisans. This means that there can sometimes be very minor differences between what's shown on our website to what is delivered in person. By very minor we mean slightly different shades of color, slightly different patterns or designs, etc. Most of the time you wouldn't even notice but we do have to clearly state this to all our customers to prevent any misunderstandings.
