Noah's Ark is the first and only Fair Trade certified exporter in Moradabad (member of WFTO and FTF India). For over 30 years, the company has supported artisans and their families by: paying fair wages which are 10-15% higher than local standards. long-term business investment and collaboration.

The cost of metals has skyrocketed in recent years, which has had a devastating effect on the local economy and on the lives of metal workers in Moradabad; however to offset these challenges, Noah's Ark has worked hard to train artisans in using alternative metals and materials such as those used in this lovely jewelry box.
